ANNUAL EEO PUBLIC FILE REPORT


The purpose of this EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080 (c) (6) of the Federal Communications Commission’s 2002 EEO Rule. This report has been prepared for the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of station WDDH – FM, St. Marys, PA. This report is required to be filed in the public inspection files of the Station and posted on its website.

The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning March 24, 2007 and including March 31, 2008. This time period commences on the date the previous Report expired.

The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this Report contain the following information:

1. A list of all full time vacancies filled by the Station’s employment unit for the applicable time period, listed by job title.
2. The recruitment sources utilized to fill each such vacancy (including, if applicable, organizations that distribute information about employment opportunities to job seekers or refers job seekers to employers that were notified of full-time vacancies at these stations at the request of the organization). All utilized recruitment sources shall be identified by name, address, contact person and telephone number.
3. The recruitment source that referred the hire for each full-time vacancy during the time period.
4. Data illustrating the total number of persons interviewed for each full-time vacancy during the time period and the total number of interviewees that were referred by each recruitment source used for these vacancies.
5. A list and brief description of the initiatives undertaken at the stations pursuant to Section 73.2080 (c) (2) of the FCC Rules.

Appendices, 1,2 and 3 which follow, have been designed, in the aggregate, to provide the information required of the report. Please note that the numbers listed in Appendix 2 under the column entitled ‘Full-Time Positions for Which This Source Was Utilized’ refer to the number of full-time positions listed on Appendix 1.

For the purposes of this report, a vacancy was considered ‘filled’ when the hire accepted the job offer, not when the offer was extended. A person was deemed ‘interviewed’ whether he or she was interviewed on the telephone or in person.

Event: Penn State University Job Expo, 20087
Date: Friday, March 28, 2008

Brief Description: WDDH-FM attended a job fair at Penn State University hosted by the School of Business. Station personnel interacted with students from School of Business as well as faculty in attendance. Station personnel discussed potential job opportunities with students and faculty. Resumes were collected during the six hour event!
