JUDGE STRIKES DOWN WOLF ADMINISTRATION COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

IT WOULD APPEAR AS IF THE BATTLE TO END PENNSYLVANIA’S COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS IS HEATING UP IN THE COURTROOM.  A US DISTRICT JUDGE RULED YESTERDAY THAT GOVERNOR TOM WOLF’S COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL.  JUDGE WILLIAM STICKMAN THE FOURTH WROTE IN HIS RULING THAT WOLF’S PENDEMIC POLICIES HAVE BEEN OVERREACHING, ARBITRARY AND VIOLATED BASIC RIGHTS OF PENNSYLVANIA’S CITIZENS.  A SPOKESMAN FOR THE WOLF ADMINISTRATION ANNOUNCED THAT THEY ARE REVIEWING THE DECISION.  APPEALING THE DECISION IS AN OPTION.
