HIT-AND-RUN DRIVER ID'D / WANTED

STATE POLICE ARE ON THE SEARCH FOR A WANTED ELK COUNTY MAN IN CONNECTION WITH A JANUARY 2-VEHICLE HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT.  THAT INCIDENT HAPPENED THE MORNING OF JANUARY 20TH AROUND 5:15 WHEN A VEHICLE DRIVEN BY 49-YEAR OLD DAWN ANDERSON OF ST. MARYS WAS STRUCK BY A 2ND VEHICLE, WHICH THEN FLED THE SCENE.  AFTER INVESTIGATION, IT DETERMINED THAT 24-YEAR OLD SETH DUTTRY OF WEEDVILLE WAS THE DRIVER OF THE OTHER CAR.  DUTTRY HAS A FELONY WARRANT ON A CHARGE OF ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY.  ANDERSON WAS SERIOUSLY HURT IN THAT INCIDENT.
