2 HURT IN JEFFERSON COUNTY ACCIDENT

2 ARE RECOVERING FROM INJURIES FOLLOWING A MONDAY MORNING ACCIDENT IN JEFFERSON COUNTY.  DUBOIS STATE POLICE TELL US IT HAPPENED ABOUT 11:30 AT THE INTERSECTION OF CHERRY DRIVE AND HORMTOWN ROAD IN WASHINGTON TOWNWHIP WHEN AN SUV DRIVEN BY 58-YEAR OLD SANDRA LANEY OF PUNXSUTAWNEY PULLED IN FRONT OF A UTILITY VEHICLE DRIVEN BY 53-YEAR OLD HOLLY PLUMMER OF REYNOLDSVILLE.  PLUMMER SUFFERED INJURIES SERIOUS ENOUGH TO REQUIRE TRANSPORT VIA STAT MEDEVAC TO UPMC ALTOONA.  LANEY WAS HURT AS WELL, BUT DIDN’T NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION.
