MCKEAN COUNTY DEFENDANTS WAIVE HEARINGS

TWO MCKEAN COUNTY MEN HAVE WAIVED PRELIMINARY HEARINGS IN COURT THIS WEEK.  35-YEAR OLD JOSH BODISTOW IS ACCUSED OF CUTTING A WOMAN’S WRIST WITH A CIRCULAR SAW LAST MONTH.  HE REMAINS IN THE MCKEAN COUNTY JAIL.  THE 25-YEAR OLD VICTIM WAS TREATED AT UPMC KANE AFTER THE INCIDENT. 

 

MEANWHILE, 55-YEAR OLD SCOTT SICHERI IS FACING CHARGES AFTER CALLING DISTRICT JUSTICE DOM CERCONE’S OFFICE ABOUT 30 TIMES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A RULING HE MADE IN A CASE IN WHICH SICHERI WAS THE VICTIM.  HE’S CHARGED WITH DISORDERLY CONDUCT, RETALIATION AND HARASSMENT.
