PENFIELD MAN CHARGED WITH TERRORISTIC THREATS

A PENFIELD MAN IS FACING TERRORISTIC THREAT CHARGES AMONG OTHERS FOR A SUNDAY AFTERNOON INCIDENT.  ACCORDING TO DUBOIS STATE POLICE, 45-YEAR OLD WILLIAM KOPPENHAVER, JUNIOR PLACED A TRACKING DEVICE ON HIS ESTRANGED WIFE’S VEHICLE.  HE THEN FOLLOWED SHE AND A MALE COMPANION TO THE BEECHWOOD GOLF COURSE WHERE HE THEN ALLEGEDLY THREATENED THE MAN WITH A KNIFE.  HE’S IN THE JEFFERSON COUNTY JAIL TODAY.
