ACMs, FGL, and Backstreet Boys Prove Music is Greater Than a Genre

Florida Georgia Line's latest single 'God Yor Momma and Me,' which features the Backstreet Boys is turning out to be a huge single for the Vocal Duo, so naturally they were given the prime slot to perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards. The duo did not disappoint.

E! Online

As the group, joined on-stage by the Backstreet Boys, wrapped up their new single, Brian Kelley took over the vocals and broke out into 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back).'

Immediately AT&T Stadium went crazy.

If we're being honest, it's hard to get further from Country Music than the Backstreet Boys, but FGL and BSB not only had the whole house on its feet, but every Country artist in the building was singing along.

If you don't believe me, see for yourself

This was truly the performance of the night. It showed that even the greatest artists in the world can appreciate, respect, and enjoy the material that is outside their norm.

It was two very different cultures coming together with mutual admiration. In a world that many times seems so divided it was greatness recognizing greatness and set the bar at a whole new level.

Blake Shelton's Childhood Home is For Sale

Blake Shelton's childhood home is for sale in Ada, Oklahoma.

The three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath ranch style home is listed at a fairly reasonable price (considering Blake grew up here), at just $250,000.

Blake's mother Dorthy had been renting the home out for a few years, but has finally decided to sell it, as she now lives in Lake Texoma, Oklahoma, where Blake also has a home.

The home even has a special addition built just for Blake's mom!

If buying celebrity houses is your thing, maybe you should go for it. You never know, it may be worth millions someday!

Police Looking For Dirt Biker Who Jumped Four Lane Highway

It's an "Evel Knevil" type stunt, unfortunately it may have been illegal.

A California dirt biker may be in some hot water after an, albeit impressive, video surfaced, showing the dirt biker jumping over a four-lane highway.

I certainly give the guy credit for the guts to even try something like this, but his instagram post has him in some serious hot water as authorities are "investigating the video."

The key board warriors were out in full force. Where are you now #katsandrisleap #nolimits

A Guitar and a Washing Machine Play The Devil Went Down to Georgia

Gotta love the ingenuity with this one.

A musician noticed that his washing machine was holding a perfect beat for the Charlie Daniels Band 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia.'

So, for some fun he broke out his guitar and strummed along, creating the most unique version of the song ever!

Watch and listen. Can you even tell that's a washer?

Brett Eldredge's New Music Video is Too Much Fun

With the release of his new song, 'Something I'm Good At,' Brett Eldredge has put out a complimentary music video.

The song, which has a very different sound for Eldredge is, by far, the most fun single he's ever released.

The music video's bright colored, cartoon-ish feel fits the song perfectly well. Check it out for yourself!

So much fun you may have to watch it more than once!

Your Penny Could Be Worth Over $1 Million

Yes, you read that right. You could have a penny that's worth over $1 million!

In fact, in 2010 a single penny brought in $1.7 million. How's that for putting in your two (or in this case one) cents.

Of course, these pennies are extremely rare. It's estimated there are less than 20 that exist.

American Web Media shares what you need to look for:

The year must be marked 1943. Now you need to determine the chemical makeup of the penny. Does it resemble a normal penny or is the outside more like a nickel, dime, or quarter? If it has a silver appearance, it probably was made from steel (this means it's not valuable).

But if your genuine 1943 penny looks more like a traditional penny, it could be worth millions. Take it in for an appraisal immediately.

Good luck in your search for riches! And if you happen to find one of these rare gems, be sure to share your pictures.

Backstreet Boys Make Their Country Music Debut

Backstreet's Back, alright!

It sounds strange to hear "Backstreet Boys" and "Country Music" in the same sentence, but Florida Georgia Line has made it happen.

The boys of FGL were given a song that sounded like it was straight from a 90s boy band. So, the guys called their buddies, the Backstreet Boys, to cut the song with them.

The Backstreet Boys jumped on the opportunity and what we have is the third single off of Florida Georgia Line's Dig Your Roots album, 'God, Your Momma, and Me.'

Better yet, the video has just been released, and yes ladies, you get to see your Backstreet Boys.

Steve Irwin's Son is Exactly Like His Dad

Robert Irwin, the son of the late Steve Irwin, recently appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

It should come as no surprise that Robert also likes animals, but Robert's similarity to his father is uncanny! Watch for yourself and let us know if you agree.

Thomas Rhett's Wife is Expecting! And They're Adopting Too

There's an addage that says "once you adopt you're sure to get pregnant." Well, it looks like it's coming true for Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins.

From People:

In December, Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren were on a week-       long safari in Tanzania -- a rare break from touring for the singer --     when Lauren started feeling sick.

When the country star offhandedly suggested his wife take a               pregnancy test, Lauren scoffed. "I was 100 percent sure I was not       pregnent," she tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Months earlier, the couple had quuietly started the process of             adopting a baby from Africa -- and stopped trying to have a baby on their own, she says.

"When we began the adoption process, we said, 'Let's wait, let's         give this adopted child his or her time with us and then we'll               continue out family,'" Lauren explains. "So I was convinced it was       food poisoning."

But just in case, she decided to check. Certain the results would be     negative, Thomas Rhett left his wife with their friends, Florida             Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and wife Hayley, who ere on safari         with them, for a tradmill workout when Lauren took the test.

Sure enoug, it was positive. "I'm jumping up and down, Tyler's           giving me a bear hug and Hayley's running out of their room and         I'm like, 'Thomas Rhett is not even here!'"

The trio ran to the gym and blurted out the news.

"I was in complete and utter shock!" says Thomas Rhett, 26. "No       one is ever prepared for something like that. It is almost like we         suddenly had twins."

Read More from PEOPLE here

Congrats to the expecting couple!

Dog Won't Stop Licking Officer's Face

As officer Levi Knach tried to take his staff photo with his loyal K-9 partner, his furry friend wouldn't stop licking his face.

Officer Knach works for the Department of Natural Resources, and Kenobi the dog is in charge of finding ginseng when someone has illegally harvested it.

When it comes to pictures though, Kenobi appears to know just how to steal the show. The wonderful chaos led to some adorable outtakes.

Family Makes Their Own Winter Park

It certainly couldn't have been a quick or an easy project, but one family has created their own snow slide.

While some parts of the country can't seem to stay cold for more than a few days, others have nothing but chilly weather. One family is making the best of it.

The family has created a 300 foot snow slide that took two weeks to create!

It's something many have dreamed about, but only a few have ever actually accomplished. All the hard work certainly paid off; just look at the smiles on the kids' faces.

It just goes to show, a little ingenuity and a lot of hard work goes a long way.

Alligator Jumps on Boat Full of Tourists

Warning: brief, mild language

Wild animal encounters may make for the best videos on the internet, but when they happen they're certain to creating a heart-pounding, lifelong memory.

This group of tourists may have all soiled their pants when the seemingly peacful, resting alligator went to dive into the water, only to land on their boat!

Luckily no one was in the way of the gator, which ultimately squeezed its way off the boat without any casulaties.

Maybe the captain will think better of it next time he wants to sneak up on an alligator.

New Moth Species Named After President Trump

It's almost as if it were meant to be. Just days before Trump was sworn in as president, researchers have discovered a new species of moth.

The moth, which is native to California and Mexico, has a striking resemblance to America's 45th president, Donald Trump.

Both President Trump and the moth, Neopalpa donaldtrumpi, are known for their yellow, wig-like hair.

It's humorous, to say the least, but President Trump isn't the first to have a species named after him. President Obama had a species of basslet (a brightly colored fish) named after him as well.

FedEx Driver Slides Down Massive Hill While Navigating Difficult Turns

Give this man an award! The driver of this FedEx truck was clearly trained very well.

The video picks up in the middle of a slow speed chase/slide as the driver of a FedEx truck is cleary in a precarious situation. Not only were the road conditions terrible, but the truck apparently also broke the air lines to the rear trailer. The combination sent the truck sliding.

The driver of the truck however remained calm (we can only assume) in the face of disaster and really put his driving skills to the test as he managed to move the truck in the correct direction to navigate a windy down hill slide.

The video serves as a reminder to be careful during winter driving, but maybe more importantly is shows the necessity of learning how to handle your vehicle in icy conditions.

Most drivers (in the northern states) will experience, at least, one good slide during their lifetime. Your reaction could potentially save lives.

The driver of this truck was clearly prepared. Even if it was a first-time experience, head knowledge guided him/her to the bottom of the hill safely. Would you be able to do the same with your vehicle?

Say Hello to Taco Bell's New Fried Chicken Shell

The days of the boring old taco shell are about to be a thing of the past.

Taco Bell is now beginning a nationwide rollout of a new taco shell made entirely out of fried chicken!

Dubbed the Naked Chicken Chalupa, the new Taco Bell creation will be made of all-white, seasoned chicken.

The new creation will be available nationwide starting January 26.

The move from Taco Bell and is very reminiscent of KFC's Double Down which was released in 2010, originally as a "limited time only" release, but later became a permanent part of the menu due to its popularity.

We'll see if Taco Bell will follow suit in making the Naked Chicken Chalupa a permanent item as well. Both Taco Bell and KFC are owned by YUM! Brands, Inc.

Cheetah Hops on Roof of Car, Right Next to Tourists

The Cheetah is the fastest land animal and is an amazing feline. However, they're also a very powerful and deadly animal that could seriously injure or even kill a human.

A recent video has surfaced of a wild cheetah jumping on the roof of a safari tour car (presumably somewhere in Africa) and making itself at home right next to the tourists.

While the experience is certainly an unforgettable one, it's undoubtedly one of the scariest ones of their lives. Check it out!

Do you think you could hold that still with the speedy cat only feet away?

Jimmy Fallon Literally Trips Himself as Golden Globes Teleprompter Fails

It was a big night for the musical La La Land which landed seven Golden Globes and won in every category which it was nominated, but the big story of the night was the teleprompter fail.

Jimmy Fallon took to the stage for his opening monologue only to realize the teleprompter wasn't working. He, of course, did his best to improvise making a few jokes about the teleprompter before purposefully tripping himself.

It was obvious that the comedian was struggling to come up with content on the fly which made the moment even funnier. You can see the moment here...

If anything, it should make the rest of us feel good about ourselves, knowing that even the best in the business struggle when put in unexpected, difficult positions.

The good news for Jimmy Fallon is that he'll be able to take advantage of the situation and make some jokes (maybe even at his own expense) when his show returns tonight at 11:35 on NBC

Mel Tillis Recovering From Surgery

The 84 year old Country Star, Mel Tillis, has returned home as he is recovering from colon surgery. From Taste of Country...

"The iconic singer-songwriter landed in the hospital in January of 2016, undergoing colon surgery. He suffered complications, and his daughter, singer Pam Tillis, turned to social media to ask fans for prayers as the 84-year-old entertainer fought to regain his health.

Tillis ended up spending most of an entire year under constant care in Nashville, but now, according to a statement from his publicist, he has returned home to Florida.

In November, Mel made the trip from Nashville back to his home state of Florida. He is currently at home in Ocala where he is being cared for by nurses as needed and continued physical therapy. His vitals are good and his sense of humor is very much intact. He is trying to get stronger and we are hopeful that will be the case now that he’s back at home. He misses all of his loyal fans and is beyond thankful for all of the well wishes. Your continued thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.

Pam Tillis again updated fans on her father’s condition via Facebook, apologizing for not sharing more information over the last year.

“Information hasn’t flowed easily and we’ve been fiercely private about many of the details of his illness. Off stage, we are not particularly suited to the social media era,” she admits, adding, “There were some very tough months with Dad’s illness. Our total focus was paying attention to him and his recovery; press announcements were not a priority.”

Tillis is best known for his hits "I Ain't Never," "Good Woman Blues," and "Coca Cola Cowboy."

We wish him the best in his recovery.

New Firearm Has No Classification

Black Aces Tactical has created a brand new firearm which circumvents all ATF classifications!

It's not a shotgun because it can't be shouldered, it's not a pistol because the overall length is more than 26" and it utilizes a forward grip, and it's a smooth bore firearm (because it shoots a shotgun shell), which means it's not classified as a rifle.

So what does this all mean for the new firearm?

It means there's a lot less paperwork, transferring the gun should be no problem at all and it's legal almost everywhere.

The one downside is, of course, the pricetag. The new invention will set you back about $1500. But it shoots a standard 2-3/4" 12-guage shotgun shell, so you're not incurring any extra expense from buying any special ammunition.

You can check out this sweet [Not a] shotgun here:

Four Country Stars Engaged in Less Than One Week

It began on Christmas day for two lucky ladies. Both Kacey Musgraves and Kelsea Ballerini said yes to the man of their dreams, making Christmas 2016 one they'll never forget!

Less than a week later news was broken that William Michael Morgan asked his girlfriend to marry him. The news about Sam Hunt doing the same, which had been rumored in the past, followed shortly after.

Kacey is now engaged to her longtime boyfriend Ruston Kelly, while Kelsea Ballerini is engaged to her aussie boyfriend of only nine and a half months, Morgan Evans. Evans is an Australian Country Singer.

WMM is engaged to Runaway June's Jennifer Wayne, and Sam Hunt is engaged to his longtime on-again/off-again girlfriend Hannah Lee Fowler. Hunt actually mentions Fowler by name in his latest, surprise single, Drinkin' Too Much.

It should be noted that Sam Hunt has not yet actually confirmed that he's engaged. Hunt has kept his personal life very private, however, a source from Hunt's team is confirming the details.

Now there's nothing left to do except say CONGRATS to all the couples and wish them all many years of happiness!

Cats Can Either Make or Break Christmas

First, let's start with the bad side of the felines. They may seem nice, but too much activity can get them all roused up and ready to attack. One young boy learned this the hard way.

He was so excited to open his new Playstation for Christmas that he sent his cat into attack mode. You can see how it all unfolded...

Now for the good side. When kittens are given as gifts they can make children so very happy. So much so that it can (almost) make up for the previous cat attack. The video is sure to warm your heart...

Liam Neeson Playing Santa Will Make Your Christmas Magical

He may be best known for his role in the Taken movie series as well as a number of other dramatic roles on the big screen. But did you know that Liam Neeson can also play Santa?

Well, Sorta.

I guess it's more of a "Liam Neeson" Santa, which only makes sense, since he is Liam Neeson. Santa may be a jolly guy, but Neeson is not. A combination of the two is certainly very funny.

Give credit to the Late Show with Stephen Colbert for this wonderful idea combination!

Easiest Christmas Cookies Ever

If you're looking for a super easy recipe to make some Christmas cookies, look no further. As long as you're not allergic to peanut butter this may be the best recipe in the world. It's three ingredients,  no hassle, no mess, and doesn't take long at all.

Ingredients:

1. 1 Cup Peanut Butter

2. 1 Cup White Sugar

3. 1 Egg

1. With that in mind, make sure you start by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.

3. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes. Be careful not to overbake them. They're best when they soft with just a little brown on the bottom.

Now you can make as many cookies as you want with ingredients you probably (and maybe only except for college age males) already have in your house.

If Video Games Played Christmas Music

Swedish musician, Seth Everman, must also be an avid video game player. Everman has taken familiar video game sounds like Zelda, Mario, 8-bit games, and more and paired each sound with a familiar Christmas tune.

The result is fascinating and has led to his video going viral. He has a truly unique talent.

Billboard Has Released Their List of the Top Country Songs of 2016

It's nothing new, every year Billboard releases their list of the top songs in every genre, including Country. The rakings are based on airplay downloads, and streaming.

Most years I have some major complaints with the list, wondering how a certain song received such a high ranking. This year may be an exception. While I may not perfectly agree where each individual song landed it may be the best compilation I've ever seen.

The top five songs, respectively, are:

1. H.O.L.Y.- Florida Georgia Line

2. Die a Happy Man- Thomas Rhett

3. Humble and Kind- Tim McGraw

4. Somewhere on a Beach- Dierks Bentley

5. Head Over Boots- Jon Pardi

If you're interested, you can view the top 100 here. You can even vote on where you think each song should have landed.

Christmas Trees in Any Color!

It may be too late to get one this year (if you haven't alreday made plans to get one), but colored Christmas trees are now a real thing.

Don't ask me how they do it, the science is surely way over my head, but apparently tree farms, including some in PA, are creating colored Christmas trees.

It seems that you can get a real tree in whatever color you want, but according to the makers it needs to be over 40 degrees to make the magic happen.

Creations like these may leave me saying "now I've seen it all," but undoubetdly next year someone will come out with something even crazier than before. At least, in this case, the colored trees are actually a fun creation.

Maybe this is one to put on the list for next year. Just make sure you don't give Santa a reason to bring you coal instead.

The Worst of Winter Weather Driving

It's not uncommon for winter weather to play a major part in accidents. We hear about large pile-ups every year. And while they're mostly not a laughing matter, a slow speed pile-up is certainly entertaining to watch knowing the damage is limited to only people's cars.

The injury free video can also serve as a great reminder to take extra caution when driving in wintery conditions. Even the best drivers are no match for slick roads, and in this case everyone should just be thankful that the road isn't any steeper.

Elle King Named "Worst Dressed" at CMA Awards

Elle King's eye-catching, maybe slightly outlandish, outfit might be perfect for a pop star, but apparently Country Music fans weren't a fan of her unique outfit. King was named "Worst Dressed" at the 50th CMA Awards.

It may sting a bit for the Different for Girls singer, but winning 'Musical Perfomance of the Year' for her collaboration with Dierks Bently ought to ease the pain a little.

You can see all the outfits here.

What do you think? Is the assesment of "Worst Dressed" accurate or too harsh? Leave you comment below

Christmas Grinch Ironically Burns Down Dr Suess Float

Last Thursday the Facebook Group "Lost and Found Pets of Huntsville/Madison County" (Alabama), had their Dr. Suess Whoville replica burned downed by a cigarette from a passing car.

The float was on its way to a parade when the real-life Grinch threw a cigarette butt landing on the float made of hay, which sent the three-month project up in flames.

While the fire department was able to put out the fire, most of the structure was burned. The group was trying to win the top prize of $300 to be used to spay and neuter pets.

Penn State Football Not Making the CFP is Actually a Good Thing

Before I start, I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression. I believe that Penn State was snubbed by the committee for a number of reasons. I do not wish to re-hash these reasons because it's already been looked at from a million angles.

I will however say that I do not envy the committee members. This year there were five deserving teams, but only four openings. PSU got left out. While that's unfortunate for many, the optimist that I am sees the positive in the situation.

Here's what we know:

1. Alabama is really, really good

2. Penn State still gets to play in the Rose Bowl

Playing in the Rose Bowl is about the most prestigous thing you could ask for in college football, it's still a really good situation.

Yes, even a better situation than the College Football Playoff, and here's why.

Penn State would likely have to play Alabama in the first round... an exceptionally good team with a history of winning. Now I won't say that Alabama is 100% unbeatable, but I will suggest that beating Alabama is improbable.

Some may argue that this year 'Bama is playing in a "weaker" conference, the SEC. That may be true, but if we're being honest, it's still a major conference and 'Bama had a lot of decisive victories.

I may have to eat my words here depending on how things play out in a few weeks, but I believe that Alabama is far and away the best team in the nation which would take a miracle to beat.

It's only my opinion, but I don't think that Penn State, or any team for that matter stands a legitimate chance to beat Alabama.

If it happens that 'Bama loses, I'll eat my words and argue that Penn State was robbed a chance at a national championship, but until then, playing in the Rose Bowl may be the best thing for Penn State.

North Carolina Man Reels in 112lb Fish

What's the biggest fish you've ever reeled in? I'm willing to bet you've never had one this big. Riahn Brewington, on the day before Thanksgiving, reeled in a child-sized fish. At 112 pounds the fish is only five pounds shy of the state record.

Even more impressive is what Brewington used to catch the monster catfish. 10-lb test line on only a small rod... the fact that neither snapped proves he has some true skill.

Brewington, being the smart fisherman that he is, made sure to take a few pictures (pics or it didn't happen) before releasing his catch, which only makes sense, because what else would you do with a 112lb catfish?

It may be hunting season in Pennsylvania, but there's some major respect to any outdoorsman who manages such a spectacular haul.

Luke Bryan Hits an Unruly Fan

It's all the Country Music community is talking about. Luke Bryan hit a fan last night at Charlie Daniels' 80th Birthday Volunteer Jam!

Yes, you read that right, while performing his latest single 'Move", the Country star stepped over the speakers, reached out and hit an unruly fan. Even more impressive is that Luke did it all without even missing a note.

While we're still waiting on a statement from Luke's camp (which we assume will be issued sometime very soon) other videos, as reported by Big D and Bubba this morning, show the fan giving Luke the double bird, which may have instigated the whole incident.

The fan, of course, was removed from the venue, but what about reprecussions for Luke himself. While, the hit is actually more of a "shove hit," Luke and his camp will probably be at the ready to face a lawsuit. Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but in America's litigious society you can never be too sure.

What I can say is that what Luke did is very uncharacteristic of the laid back star. It must've taken an awful lot to provoke him to take matters into his own hands.

Now we sit back and play the waiting game. We'll wait for a statment from Luke and wait for more videos tor surface which will surely show more of the incident.

Napoleon Dynamite Cast Reunites for Burger King Commercial

It was arguably the biggest movie of 2004. The low budget Napoleon Dynamite, which grossed ($44.5 million) more than 100 times the film's budget ($400,000) has reunited part of the cast to advertise Burger King's cheesy tots.

The move from BK only makes sense. Not only does the commercial cultivate childhood nostalgia from the now working age millennials, but it also brings back one of the most memorable scenes, "Napoleon, give me some of your tots."

TMZ has actually obtained a copy of the commercial and while the scene isn't exactly the same, it's very Napoleon Dynamite-esq. And, at the very least it's good for a laugh. See for yourself.

Everlasting Pizza is Now a Thing

If the thought of being without pizza for even a moment just makes your head spin, then one entrepreneur has just the thing for you! "Forever Pizza," or more accurately, fossilized pizza.

Call is art, call it food. It doesn't matter, now you can have your pizza and eat it too. Just make sure you aren't eating the fossilized slice. It's NOT edible

Illinois Football Team Sues Over Incorrect Call That Cost Them a Chance at a State Championship

Imagine. As time expires your football team commits a penalty. The rules state that, despite the penalty, the game is still over. However, the referees incorrectly give your opponents one final play. They use that play to tie the game with a field goal and then win the game in overtime.

That's exactly what happened to Fenwick High School last Friday night in their matchup against Plainfield North. You can see some of the video for yourself...

The call cost Fenwick a chance to go to the state championship game. So, Fenwick called the only play left in their playbook. They took their decision to court.

The Illinois High School Association claimed they have no authority to overturn the outcome, except that Fenwick pointed out that the IHSA has actually overturned the outcome of a soccer game, based on an incorrect call, in the past.

So, what did the court rule? Well, watch for yourself

As much as I can feel the pain of Fenwick I have to agree with the outcome. Sports are riddled with mistakes, including costly mistakes by referees. It's part of human error. I think most NFL fans can remember the "Fail Mary" between the Packers and Seahawks just a few years ago where the NFL refused to grant a win to the Packers, despite a clear touchdown reception. It's just how the game works.

On another note, Plainfield North will move on to play East St Louis this Saturday who I hope is prepared to play Plainfield; they spent two or three days preparing for a game in which they didn't know for sure who they'd be playing.

It's all part of the fun of high school football. One final thought. Good luck to the D9 teams that are playing in the PIAA quarterfinals this weekend. We're hoping for victories from the Elkers, Wolves, and Gremlins.

Trump is Already Breaking a Campaign Promise

President-elect Donald Trump gained a massive amount of supporters on his promise to prosecute Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. He appealed to the Chris Christie followers by promising the American people that he'd put Clinton behind bars.

While the promises sounded good to many voters who have grown weary of a corrupt government and even more corrupt politicians, Mr. Trump, according to the New York Times, does not plan to pursue charges.

While a lot of people may be upest about this revelation. Let's consider a few things:

First, Mr. Trump has a lot on his plate at the moment. We have major problems with healthcare, social security that is running out of money, the economy that is still weak in many sectors, and we're dealing with a major crisis in our dealings with Iran, Syria, and Russia. It would be absurd for the president-elect to focus his attention on one person, when the nation as a whole has plenty of its own issues that need to be addressed.

Second, just because Mr. Trump is choosing not to pursue Clinton doesn't mean she won't be charged. If any of her investigations turn up wrong-doing she will still be charged.

Third, and most importantly, we need to put this election behind us. Does anyone remember when President Ford pardoned President Nixon over the watergate scandal? Ford did what he thought was in the best interest of the country. Ford wanted the country to move forward and not dwell on the past, and the American people need to do the same.

The United States in more divided now than it has been in a long time. I know many people who still very upset over the outcome of the election, but we need to heal. Our country needs unity. We'll always disagree on certain issues, and that's okay, as long as our focus is on making America better. Any attempt from Mr. Trump to prosecute Clinton would only drive the wedge deeper in our country.

If we want to move past the election, focus on America, and become united once again we need to put the Clinton past behind us. If evidence of wrong-doing is found she'll be charged. If not, then so be it, life will go on for the rest of the nation just as it did before.

740 POUNDS! PA Bear Sets a New Record

That's right one lucky hunter has bagged one huge trophy! This story is so incredible that it almost seems like it's just another internet rumor, but the Pennsylvania Game commission has officially confirmed it. Don't believe me? Take a look for yourself...

While the bear he bagged isn't PA's #1 of all time it's pretty close and the photos are absolutely incredible. Now that the game commission has confirmed its size, I can understand why it took a tractor to get the bear out of the woods

Usually stories like these turn out to be nothing more than another internet hoax, but we can officially confirm that this one is TRUE! Congrats to the hunter who is surely on Cloud 9.

Laughing May Be Just as Contagious as Yawning

The mere mention of the word yawn can leave nearly anyone gasping for air. And if right now you're telling yourself "don't yawn, don't yawn," you're proving my point. In fact, I've yawned no less than five times since I began writing. But what about laughter? I'm willing to admit that just thinking about laughing isn't enough to make your belly jiggle like Santa, but there's something about being around laughter that's inspiring all by itself. Don't believe me? Just watch...

I'm willing to bet that, at the very least, you even giggled a little while watching that. Think about that for a second. A video, with nothing but laughter made you laugh. There was no joke, no punchline, no story. Just laughter. Now, I'm willing to admit that it's a much different sensation than yawning, but being around laughter is no less contagious. I think there's a mini lesson here that it can be very easy to brighten someone's day. All you need is a little laughter!

The First Glimpse of an Unwelcome Winter Hits This Weekend in a Big Way

We seem to have held off winter as long possible, but the first storm of the season promises more than just a little dusting. While snow totals will continue to update as we get closer to the weekend the current forecast looks like we're due at least three inches, if not more. A pretty sizeable amount considering these will be the first snowflakes wev'e seen this winter.

Of course no one ever complains about the first snowfall of the year. It's usually snowfall number two or three when the real winter blues begin to set in.

To make matters worse our friends at WJAC are predicting a "slightly colder than normal" winter.

Who Knew Sarah Hyland Had Such Great Pipes

You probably know her best as Haley Dunphy from the hit TV show "Modern Family." As it turns out though Sarah Hyland is a woman of many talents. You can watch as she shows off her pipes singing The Chainsmoker's 'Closer.'

With a voice like that, if she ever does decide to give up acting (which would be really unfortunate), I'd say she has a pretty good shot at getting a musical career started.

These Penguins Prove To Be No Match For... a Rope?

It's Monday in the middle of November and the thought of winter blues is starting to creep in. But what better way to counteract the gloom than with the cuteness of penguins doing battle with a rope? Afterall, penguins were made to swim, slide, and endure cold weather. No one ever thought they may have to deal with the terror of a rope! Put it all together and you get this priceless video. I hope it makes your monday 10 times better.

My favorite party, by the way, was the one penguin who stepped over the rope without getting tripped up. He was very confused as to how he made it!

Why We Celebrate Veterans Day

I think we can all agree that our veterans deserve our thanks. They are true American heroes who sacrificed so much for the freedoms we take for granted everyday. But what's the history behind Veterans Day. When and how did it start? Why do we celebrate on November 11? How many veterans do we have in the US? Watch and learn.

Oh, and be sure to say thank you to a veteran today. Remind him or her that they're an American Hero and that we owe them a debt of grattitude.

And one more thing. If you know anyone who is a veteran, be there for them. Not just today, but everyday. Many veterans suffer from things like PTSD. We owe our veterans everything. If anyone you know is in need of help, get them the help they need. Don't delay. Their life may just depend on it.

To the veterans, again, we say THANK YOU!

The Latest Viral Challenge is Actually Pretty Cool

I'm usually not a big fan of viral challenges, but the new mannequin challenge is really neat. The past few years have featured some crazy, dangerous, and just downright stupid challenges, but the mannequin challenge is definitely one of the better ones. Now I'm usually not someone who can get behind these random social trends, but based on creativity alone I am a supporter.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if time and space stopped moving for everyone except you? That's exactly what the mannequin challenge does. It allows the viewer to enter a different dimension examing a single moment in time. What's so unique are the endless scenarios of a time and place which can be seen from angles that would otherwise remain unseen. Even Hillary Clinton got in on the fun on election day.

No matter what moment in time you want to capture, have fun and make it unique! And if you do create your own mannequin challenge share it with us over on facebook!

This Moment of Unscripted Television Deserves an Oscar

As an iguana accidently enters a den of snakes the scene that unfolds could be straight out of a horror movie, or better yet, The Walking Dead. The latest episode of Planet Earth II shows fantastic footage of the iguana on the run for his life. Some may even say what unfolds may be the best chase scene ever. The best part is, it's unscripted! Hollywood doesn't have a say in how this one ends... it's all up to mother nature now.

One Day Before The Election But There's One Candidate You Need To Vote For

That's right, it's about to get political I'm going to tell you exactly which candidate needs your vote.

The answer is... vote for whomever you support. Now, this seems like a silly statement. An almost "duh" statement. But here's the truth. Many people have, and will continue to vote for candidates they don't support.

We talk about the race between two candidates, Trump and Clinton, but there are other names in the race too: Johnson, Stein, Castle, McMullin, etc... All of whom deserve your vote if you support them.

If you hate the two party system, then vote against it. That's your right and you should be encouraged to exercise it. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you're "throwing your vote away." There are a million reasons why this is untrue.

On the other hand if you think one candidate is so evil that you must vote against him/her, then do so. This whole "lesser of two evils" context has been way overblown in this election. You may find that one candidate is so evil and untrustworthy that it's your job to prevent them from taking office. If that's what you believe then vote accordingly.

I feel the need to add a caveat though. That is, don't vote just to vote. If you haven't educated yourself on the candidates and the issues then I ask you why are you voting? You should be voting because you care about the issues and know what the candidates actually stand for. The only thing worse than not voting, is making an uneducated vote. The future of America lies with you!

With that said, educate yourself if you need to, and vote! Or don't because that's your right too.

That Guy Who Destroyed Donald Trump's Star Is Now Suing

You may remember this guy, who was caught on video tape destroying Donald Trump's star on the Walk of Fame. His name is James Otis, and he's clearly no fan of The Donald.

Now, I understand, not everyone likes Donald Trump. Afterall, we are living through the most devisive election of our time and I think that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Isn't that what makes America great? Well, Otis,  according to TMZ, is now suing Trump and Hollywood to have the star removed, yes, that same star he already destroyed (although it has since been fixed). His argument is that Trump's star is having a negative effect on Hollywood and that it's costing a lot of money to keep it clean since animals and people keep urinating on the star. Here's a simple solultion though, maybe the people who destroy it should be sued for the damages, starting with Otis!

Now, according to TMZ "he doesn't have a case." But even if he did, I think any legitimate argument he might have had went out the door the minute he decided to nominate himself as judge, jury, and executioner and destroy Trump's star. We live in a society of rules and we can't break them just because we disagree with somebody... but then to sue when we don't get our way just shows how litigious our society has become.

I think we can all agree that this election can not get here fast enough.

Last Night's CMA Awards Were Almost Perfect. Almost.

Before I get into why the night was "almost perfect" I want to take the time to talk about the three absolultely perfect moments last night did have. I want to start with how the show started. No, it wasn't a monologue that got the night started, instead it was an unbelievable collaboration featuring some of the most iconic Country Artists with today's big names. It was a well planned tribute that touched each generation of Country Music fans. That was perfect moment number one.

Perfect moment number two featured the 2016 CMA Entertainer of the Year winner. When Garth Brooks took the stage with Trisha Yearwood it was yet to be announced that he was the big winner of the night, but his performace showed why he was so deserving.

Garth and Trisha's performanced continued the theme of the night which was to honor the Country Music legends that paved the way to make Country Music what it is today. It was, in my opinion the second best performance of the evening.

The highlight of the night, however, came with the most touching tribute to Dolly Parton as five generations of Country women honored one of the greatest legends of all time, Dolly Parton. Reba, Martina McBride, Jennifer Nettles, Carrie Underwood, and Kacey Musgraves performed the most spectacular collaboration that was so beautiful Dolly Parton's eyes were twinkling with tears.

It truly was almost a perfect night. Once again, almost. So what was it? Why was last night not perfect?

ABC, which I'm sure had its reasons, let Beyonce perform. Now, to be clear, this is no smear piece on Beyonce. In fact, I think she had a nice performance, which would have been welcome any other year. But this year was the 50th CMAs, a year to honor the legends, a year to hear from the next generation of Country Music artists. Last night should have been about more than ABCs agenda. It should have been about everyone who has made Country Music the greatest music in the world, and Beyonce hasn't done a single thing for Country Music in her lifetime. She may be

fantastic singer and a great performer, but her impact on Country Music

has amounted to nothing and ABC should be ashamed of themselves for taking away time which could have been used honoring those who dedicated their lives to making Country Music so great. And, based on the look on Kenny Chesney's face during her performance, I think he'd agree too.

I'd like to end on a high note, so I'll change gears very quickly here and just point out that bringing back Taylor Swift to hand out Entertainer of the Year was a very cool thing. T.Swift has had and almost indescribable impact on Country Music and I think it was fitting for her to be a part of the historic night. With that said, I look forward to an amazing celebration in another 50 years.

The 50th CMAs Are Tonight, But Some Winners Have Already Been Announced

Ahead of the 50th annual CMA awards, a few winners have already been announced! This morning on Good Morning America co-host Laura Spencer announced the first award of the year which went to Chris Stapleton. Stapleton's video for "Fire Away" was awarded as the Music Video of the Year. Even more impressive is Stapleton's undefeated streak. Last year Stapleton won each of the three awards he was nominated for. The latest award makes it four straight awards for one of Country Music's fastest rising stars. With that being said, the award is well deserved. You can see the video which paints a vivid picture of emotional suffering that earned Stapleton yet another trophy.

Stapleton isn't the only winner that's been announced before the show. Also, this morning it was announced that Dierks Bently along with Elle King will take home the trophy for Musical Event of the Year for their duet in "Different for Girls."

Make sure you catch the full broadcast of tonight's historic show at 8pm on ABC.

19 Year Old Plays in Youth Football League

Chalk this one up to one of the most absurd and outlandish things you've ever heard. A 19 year old suited up in youth football to play against 13 and 14-year olds! Parents could tell from is obvious facial hair that this dude, who was already bigger than all the other kids, was clearly the oldest one on the field. You would think common sense would prevail somewhere along the way, but alas it did not... when the head coach temporarily turned his direction elsewhere, assistant coaches put in their "prodigy."

Now I can understand reminiscing the good ol' days, but I'm not quite sure how anyone could enjoy, much less take pride in, beating kids who are two-thirds their age. Not to mention the obvious safety concerns! Ultimately, as usual, the offenders were caught and suspended. Of course, the biggest losers here are the kids who just want to play football fairly. Hopefully they can find another team to join.

Dog Owner Dresses Up As Dog's Favorite Toy For Halloween

Happy Halloween! What an awesome day. We get to dress up and eat lots of candy. Whatever costume you choose though, one dog owner has us all beat this year. The video, which can be seen below, shows what happens when you dress up as your dog's favorite toy. It's almost too cute to handle!

My favorite part is definitely the dog's immediate state of disbelief. You can see his brain working "Is this for real?" "Has he really come to life?" The pure joy that follows is absolutely incredible! Seeing him defend his real life toy friend from his other dog friend is pretty funny too.

May you have the happiest of Halloweens and may your kids bring you all the good candy and not notice when it goes missing.

Freeform Releases Their Christmas TV Schedule With A Few Glaring Ommissions

Ahead of the Christmas Holiday season, as always, Freeform has released their TV schedule for their '25 Days of Christmas.' But they've left some seriously good Christmas movies out!

Just to name a few Rudolph, Frosty, Charlie Brown, It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, Home Alone, the Grinch... I could go on, but I think you get the point. Of course, it should be noted there's no way to show every Christmas movie ever, but to leave off the classics is, at the very least, frustrating, especially when Elf is playing 11 times!

Now for the good news. First, I am kind of lying. The schedule released by Freeform is NOT their complete schedule (thank goodness!). Their full schedule can be viewed here. If you looked, then you know their full schedule shows that some of the movies I claimed they left off, like Frosty, are actually part of their schedule. The even better news is that all the classics that are not part of Freeforms schedule will still be aired. Yes, that even includes Charlie Brown! You can see a full schedule of Holiday favorites at tvguide.com.

Now that you know you have no excuse for missing your favorites. Personally, I'm a Grinch guy, but maybe that's just because his Christmas personality matches mine.

The Latest From Pentatonix Promises Instant Goosebumps

Pentatonix is known for their harmony rich sound and is arguably the best vocal group of all time. Yet, they may have outdone themselves with their latest. To promote their Christmas album (available on itunes) the five member group released the most jaw dropping, or maybe in this case ear opening, rendition of Hallelujah ever known to mankind... and yes, I really do promise instant goosebumps.

This group, which seemed like it was already at the top of its game, just raised the bar again. You can bet that I'll be first in line to buy every single one of their albums. In the meatime you can find me listening to this on repeat all day long.

Rob Gronkowski Goes Undercover as a Lyft Driver

One of the best and most well known players in the NFL is undoubtedly Rob Gronkowski aka "Gronk." What some people may not know, however is that Gronk is a man of many talents. From his random songs with David Ortiz to his commercials for ESPN Gronk has had his fair share of screen time.

His latest release though may just be the best as he goes undercover in New England as a Lyft Driver. You can see the hilarity that follows.

Gronk certainly has a long NFL career in front of him, but when he does decide to finally hang up the cleats I think the world will be more than happy to have him on the big screen

Truck Driver Accidentally Does the Most Epic Burnout Ever

While the details aren't yet clear on what caused the burnout, what can be seen is a mintue and a half of a Yellow Chevy truck immersed in a cloud of smoke. We assume that the driver passed out, for whatever reason (heart attack, drugs, maybe just really tired, etc...) and managed to rear-end the car in front with his foot full throttle on the gas pedal. The following scene that unfolded is kinda spectacular, and a little scary. Watch:

I can only imagine the sound... and that awful smell of burning rubber that I'm sure lingered for a long time
